Run wYLd!
Run Wyld is a fun-filled event for all ages and includes a 5K Run/Walk, 10K Run. The event benefits Kaw Valley Young Life, a year-round program for middle school and High school students in the Basehor, Bonner Springs, Mill Valley, and Desoto Schools. The money raised will help offset the cost of camp dues, allow campership scholarships, and support the growth of the program and allow us to reach out to more Middle and High school students in the Kaw Valley area. “Young Life doesn’t start with a program. It starts with adults concerned enough about kids to go to them, on their turf and in their culture, building bridges of authentic friendship. These relationships don’t happen overnight — they take time, patience, trust and consistency.”
